Online Access to Perfusion

You can now access the Perfusion journal on Sage Journals Online.

Please follow these instructions to activate your account and to access the journal.

1. Log on to http://online.sagepub.com/

2. Click the Activation/Account Mgr button

3. Click on ACTIVATE Your Editor/Society Member Subscription

4. Enter your account number XXXXXX and click on Submit.

5. Enter your email address,telephone number and fax number.

6. Choose your Username and Password.         

7. Click the Send Form button and your account will be activated.
